Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of establishing the requirements of the integrated management system (quality, environment, and professional safety) on the overall sustainable performance of Fertial Company. The study contains two sections. The first section highlights the concept of the integrated management system and the most important requirements for localization in business organizations. It clarifies also the concept of the overall organization performance in the framework of sustainability and its most important components and measurement indicators. The second section contains a case study of one of the Algerian domestic companies of the integrated system: the "Fertial" company. To identify the correlation between the integrated management system and the total performance of Fertial in the context of sustainable development, we analyzed the collected data from 38 individuals through a questionnaire, using SPSS. The results of the study show that there is a significant positive correlation between the independent variables (the integrated system of quality management and the environment and occupational safety) and the dependent variable (overall sustainable performance) in Fertial Company.
