The Effect of Moral Incentives on the Performance of Workers in the Economic Establishment

This study aims to analyse the effect of moral incentives on workers’ performance within companies. It focuses on the identification of the differences in moral incentives with regards to age, educational level, function, and seniority variables. Including 31 workers from The National Agency for the Support and Employment of Youth in El Oued and relying on the questionnaire, the study concludes with a set of results. The results indicate a significant effect and a statistical relationship between moral incentives and the performance of workers. In addition, there are no significant differences between the level of moral incentives and variables.
